Money for Nina's pyometra surgery

Nina has been with me since I was 9 years old. She recently started to act weird so I rushed her to the hospital to find that she has pyometra, a serious infection in her uterus. The surgery is a whopping $3000 and my parents are not willing to help me out and are telling me to put her down. I cannot fathom to do this since she is a healthy dog without the pyometra with still a couple years of life left. Being a full time college student that currently does not have a job, this is an expense I just cant cover on my own. She is currently on antibiotics but will eventually need surgery or else she will die. Please if you could spare just a little and help me out, it would mean the absolute world to me.
