Money for newborn baby and homeless mom

My friend, Yuliya, just had a baby on December 31. After the second day she got back from the hospital, her husband started beating her while she feeds the baby.  She stayed with him for two weeks until her mom came to take her back home to another country. Another day when her husband hit her mom, Yuliya called police. She ran away with her mom to shelter. Unfortunately, the shelter didn't take her mom with her and baby. We helped her with cloth for baby, food for three of them. And we thought she can go home. But her lawyer said she can't take the baby to cross the border and she will lose a baby if she will go back to shelter because she doesn't work right now. She can't go back to her abusive husband either. My friend has to face no job, no financial support, and emotional struggle. She lost and in pain. I have room for her, her baby, and her mom till February, 28. Her mom has to fly back home because her visa will be over by the end of February. To fight for custody for her baby and still take care of her baby she needs to pay for lawyer $9,000. I will help as much as I can, but we need some financial help for food, clothing and a place to live. We appreciate any help.
