Money for a car so i can pay off my medical bills

Hey yall, my name is Colton, and i moved to Phoenix, Az last august to attend MMI i only brought my motorcycle because i didnt think anything bad would happen, i thought i would be able to ride year round in Az's amazing weather. Well i ended up crashing pretty bad, and now my life is way different, i broke my collarbone and there is a possibility of having to have surgery. I need to work to pay my medical bills but i dont have a car or money to get a bus or an uber to work every day. Anything helps
