Mom's medical and other fund

Thank you for visiting this page. Our Mother was recently diagnosed with cancer and needs some help. She has done chemotherapy and some radiation with more possibly ahead of her yet. While we live in Canada and are thankful that many of the procedures and meds are covered by OHIP and insurance, unfortunately, between some meds and procedures not being covered, daily and weekly trips back and forth to the hospitals in both St. Catharines and Hamilton (we are in Welland), parking fees, lawyer fees and the possibility of eventual funeral fees, we humbly are asking for some help. Mom lives on her own and has been unable to work due to a previous back injury and now the cancer. We have been doing all we can to help her keep up for the last 6 months but it's beginning to not be enough. The situation has become more urgent than before and while we hate asking for help, we don't feel like we have much of a choice at this point.
