Mom's Flooded Home Fund

Hey Yall,
I first and foremost want to thank everyone for all the kind words and prayers for my Mom (Juanette Morgan-Anderson) and the devastating flooding of her home.
Hurricane Harvey has left a wake of destruction for so many people in Houston and it breaks my heart to see so many people hurting.
On the flip side, it brings me much hope to see so many kind neighbors, colleagues, friends, clients, acquaintances, church family, and even random individuals reaching out to the community to give back in any way they can whether it's physically or monetarily!
So many of my personal friends from around the country have reached out asking how they can help which leads me to why I have created this page....
My Mom has lived by herself in the Spring area in Prestonwood Forest (249/Cypresswood) since she first moved out on her own 17 years ago into the same house that my sisters and I have grown up in. During that time, not once has she feared that it would Flood nor was she required to carry Flood insurance. Because of this, she does not have it which is the only way your insurance will cover the damages. She has already applied to FEMA and made some calls to her Mortgage company for delayed payments BUT ultimately, she will be paying OUT OF POCKET a very hefty repair, restore, and remodeling Cost.

My Mom is NOT one to ask for money and doesn't even know that I have built her this page (yet) but I am asking for any help no matter how big or small to help her Repair her Home!!!
We have been blessed with so many friends and family with loving hearts that I have no doubt that no matter what, we will get both Her and Houston back up and running!
