<div>It breaks my heart to share that my baby, buddy, and best friend Momo passed away a few weeks ago.

<div>This was my first time losing someone so close to me, and it has been one of the hardest things I have ever gone through.
</div>

<div>Momo was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer, either lymphoma or multiple myeloma. We were not able to pinpoint exactly which, and the different paths forward felt overwhelming and scary. After a lot of thought, we decided to try to give him a few more good days, as long as his quality of life stayed good. We gave him a blood transfusion and plasma, brought him home with medication, and had an oncologist appointment scheduled for the following week.

<div>But Momo was ready to go.
</div>

</div>
<div>We were able to have an at-home passing with an incredibly compassionate vet, and he was comfortable, surrounded by his favorite things and the people who loved him. His passing was peaceful, and as beautiful as something like that can be.
</div>

<div>He will always be in my heart, and I am so grateful I got to have him in my life. He was sweet, cute, a little mischievous, stubborn, and a wonderful cat and soul. I miss him so much.
</div>

<div>A few people have asked how they can help. If you have the means, any financial support would be appreciated. The vet bills ended up being significant, and money has been tight after being laid off and shifting into pursuing art full time. I don't regret the money I put into his care and to give him a fighting chance. Any support will help cover the vet bills and ease the financial burden during this challenging time.
