A mother treasure is her daughter

Hi. My name is Rocio Bedoya. I came to the USA in August 2018 on a j1 visa to teach Spanish. Like many other immigrants with lots of dreams to achieve.
I'm the youngest in my family, my mom, and my brother. I grew up middle class with some needs but lots of love from my mother who I love and I have always supported.
In December 2018 I met a guy who I fell in love with. We got married in September 2021 and have a beautiful daughter.
In 2021, we flew to Colombia so my family could finally meet my husband and daughter. It was amazing.
My husband flew back first and I stayed an extra month.
In November of 2021, he confessed he had cheated. It broke my heart. I noticed he was acting different, drinking more than usual, and his demeanor towards me was different.
When he confessed to bringing another woman into our home, I reacted. I hit him. He proceeded to call the cops on me and was arrested. Our lives were forever changed after that.
I called the company that hired me since I do not have any family in the USA and they end my job agreement. I lost my work visa and was told to return to Colombia.
Currently, I do not have a legal status and my ex-husband wants to keep our baby. He has mentioned he will bring her to Colombia once a year.
I need to fix my status with an immigration attorney but the cost is $4000, which I can not afford at the moment.
I was able to obtain an apartment for myself and my daughter.
I did not come here illegally. I worked very hard to get where I was. I am asking for help so I can legally stay in this country. So I can provide for myself and my daughter by doing what I love most. Any help is greatly appreciated. God bless.
