Mommabear's Cremation and Memorial Service.

Melissa L Kaucher (Mommabear) passed unexpected due to complications from Stage 4 lunge cancer. She fell ill on September 12, 2022 and was admitted to Tower Health/Reading hospital that same day. We were all informed that her Cancer spread to her kidneys, adrenal, spine, and left ribs ... the tumor in her left lung grew, and she had 3 tumors in the frontal lobe of her brain. Her body was no longer reacting to the radiation, or even the strongest chemo treatment they had. Mommabear was sent home on Hospice on September 21, 2022 and she passed peacefully on September 26th early in the morning. She battled her Cancer for the 3rd time in her life since 2018. She surpassed the 6 months she was originally diagnosed with on terminal.. We have to pay for cremation services, and we are still trying to locate info on if she had a life insurance policy. We need to Bring Mommabear home by next week.. before the end of the 1st wk of Oct. Any amount helps and we would be eternally grateful. ❤️
