<div>For as long as I can remember, caring for others has been at the very core of who I am. At just 14, I had the privilege of looking after a young boy with learning disabilities, and that experience changed my life forever. It was more than just a responsibility—it was a calling. From that moment, I knew that my purpose was to love, share, and care, and I’ve dedicated my career to supporting others ever since.

<div>Now, I want to take that passion beyond my profession and into the heart of my local community. It’s the little things, the seemingly small acts of kindness, that can truly transform someone’s day. Whether it’s bringing a moment of sunshine to a difficult time, a smile to a lonely face, or simply making life just a little easier, these gestures have the power to mean the world to someone. So every Yoga Class I teach i will also donate £1 from each person in the class

<div>Through this initiative, I hope to spread joy, care, and connection—one mindful moment of kindness at a time.
