Mom vs Stage 4 Cancer

Christi is the lively cousin high on life that we all have in our families. The cousin that doesn’t hold her tongue, busy making everyone laugh while constantly bringing up nostalgic moments. She’s the cousin everyone wants to be around, the favorite cousin.

We were heartbroken and devastated that our life of the party was diagnosed this past November with stage four stomach cancer. Stomach cancer is known to be the harshest cancer as its located in the “second brain” which controls appetite, immune system, mood, and nervous system. Christi being diagnosed with this vicious cancer was surprising to us all since she was going to the doctor’s office for the past two years with complaints of acute stomach pain. The doctors misdiagnosed her as she’s carried on for years in such pain as to not be able to walk or eat for weeks. Because of the misdiagnoses she has in fact became weaker throughout this time preventing her now to fully be able to fight the cancer that has taken over her life. So now we are here at stage four scrambling to get a footing to fight this fight.

Today we are asking that anyone who knows Christi personally or has been impacted by cancer whether personally or through association to please donate any amount to help her win this battle. This money will be allocated to paying for a 6 to 6 program for her eight-year-old daughter who she no longer can watch full time, groceries, paying bills to ensure she is not kicked out at the height of gentrification in Seattle and cancer treatments.

Christi is a fighter and winner. She is a 28 year old mother, sister, and friend. We want to thank you in advance for helping our cousin Christi focus on her healing.
