Mom recovering from divorce

BOTF Family, we have a Mama who is a member that is recovering from a traumatic divorce which almost left her homeless last year.  Fortunately, she was able to secure housing, but as the divorce became final, the court ordered her to pay $400 she doesn't have.  She is still looking for work, and was already behind on her payment plan with the city because her car was towed ($35,) and has to pay utilities $120 in order to set up a payment plan.
