Mom recover lost funds.

Hello my name is Jude and I am raising money for my mom. She was recently scammed out of her savings account by someone pretending to be her bank. They used fear and panic and time constraints to convince her to pull all or her savings out of her account. She was then told to put the money into a bitcoin account. Now the money is gone. After contacting her bank and the proper authorities it was made clear that the money will not be recoverable.

My mom is a smart person, with good reasoning skills. This guy was good at keeping her moving and panicked to keep her from being able to think it through. She was scammed out of her only cushion beyond her monthly income. With every thing going up in price she needs that money to help make ends meet and cover any emergency expenses, which seem to be around every corner lately. Any help to rebuild her emergency fund would be greatly appreciated.
