Mom of 4 Strives to Provide a Peaceful Home

Update 12-January-2019:  We navigated through our holidays appreciating the love we have for each other, the joys of the season, and peace knowing we're doing all we can to keep our family safe.  And, we took time to acknowledge the heartfelt words of encouragement, financial support and prayers we've received from family, friends and friends of friends throughout this unexpected and dangerous journey. In sooo many ways, you've helped us on the path of ensuring Jaiden, Zoey, Kalia, Gianna and even Mom Jackie have a safe future.

We still have a ways to go, and the fight is certainly not over. But I firmly believe living in a way that is right and truthful will prevail for us.  

Please keep us in your thoughts as we continue the legal battle that ensures Jackie and the kids get to live a safe, joyful and secure life.

Update 27-Nov: At our Thanksgiving table, we openly acknowledged how thankful we are for the family and friends we have. With your support, we've tackled getting Bella the Buick awarded to Jackie and the kids, and resolved her significant mechanical issues that now ensure Bella is safe and reliable!  This would not have been done without you, and we thank you with all our hearts.

We now focus ourselves on the other part of our mission:  The legal journey that will release Jackie from an abusive marriage, and ensure Jaiden, Zoey, Kalia and Gianna are well protected and secure throughout the rest of their childhood.

Update:  We've had a terrific response, and thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts! Jackie got Bella the Buick who is deemed a fine family vehicle upon inspection but needing some work.

Your donations have helped with spark plugs, intake manifold gasket, ignition coil packs, valve cover gasket, ignition coil torque strut mount, zip-tie removed from value, walnut blasting of intake values, hot oil flush, oil change and oil filter.

Yes! I said a zip tie inside the engine - won't try to describe the disintegrated mount. We learned she doesn't like after market parts, or anything but American made! I'm amazed that car ever got up on any morning to cart the kiddles around.

We are still needing help to complete the list of necessary work which include the three catalytic converters replaced, power steering leak, brake flush, transmission line leak and flush.

Hi everyone, my name is Laura and my daughter, Jackie, has recently undergone some huge life changes. She’s courageously broken free from an abusive marriage, resolutely put herself through college, and re-entered the workplace at an entry-level position - all with her four exuberant kids; Jaiden, Zoey, Kalia and Gianna, in tow! 

Tow is the optimum word here. Jackie’s trusted Bella the Buick has carted Mom, Jaiden, Zoey, Kalia and even little Gianna to a myriad of classes, schools, activities and doctor appointments for the past several years. But just as calm appears to be settling in, Bella the Buick is quickly heading down the path of retirement from this family.

Jackie, Jaiden, Zoey, Kalia and Gianna need your help in raising funds for a new family car that can get them to school, their school activities, and doctor appointments.
