Mom displaced due to flood

My mom and brother are without a home right now due to the devastating flood that hit their home in Greenbriar, Brick NJ.  Their street had four feet of water which eventually entered all the houses on her street.  These houses are not in a flood zone, therefore no one in this community has flood insurance. Their homeowners insurance says they do not cover anything.  Everything in their home is damaged, so they could use some money to help get their house liveable again. Thank you!
