My Mom & Nephew - Campfire Victim

Donation protected
My beautiful mom and 9 year old nephew lost their cute, cozy home and all of their possessions in the Paradise, CA Campfire on November 8, 2018. As they had only about 5 minutes to leave to save their lives, they only were able to grab their go bag and a couple pairs of clothes. She has lived in Paradise for over 50 years of her life.  She is one of the most loving, strong, caring, frugal person I have ever known. She began raising her grandson in January of 2018. Completely changing her home to make it his home. He is absolutely worth it! Such a smart, sweet, appreciative, growing boy. She is so strong in spite of having several health issues including epilepsy and lupus and as a result has had several major surgeries. She had a car that she had all the papers for to sell for $1,500 that got burned up in the fire. In the last few years she was finally able to acquire a new fridge and washer and dryer. These are items that made life easier and even more so that she is using them even more with having an active boy in the house. Anything you may be able to donate would help alleviate the added stress and anxiety of having to start over completely from scratch and would be greatly appreciated!! Not only for her, but for her grandson, my nephew, too! If you could possibly share this that would also be great!! Thank you in advance!!!
