Molly’s cancer treatment

I’m not one to ask for much from anyone, but y’all, I need some help. On 1/26, I found/noticed a lump on my neck. My husband took me to the hospital & they ran test after test after test. I was ultimately sent home with a referral to a specialist. 3/7 I had a fluid extraction appointment & shelled out $500 for it. They ran tests & sent samples to labs & sent me home to wait on the news. 3/16 My doctor gave me the news I had been dreading. “We’ve found possible cancerous cells.” After what felt like hours of discussing plans, risks, etc... we decided to  proceed the surgerical route & remove the entire mass. 3/22 I get a call from my Dr’s office to schedule my surgical date and they say that my out of pocket will be $4,000, and I’ll need to pay $2,000 upfront. 

Normally I would do what 90% of  millennials would do, brush it off & just live with it until it killed me, but I have a baby to think of now & I want nothing more than to see her grow up. She’s the love of my life & I just can’t go down without fighting for her. 

My my husband was amazing enough to tell me to quit working & be a stay at home Mom for our daughter, but now we’re in the situation we feared most when we made that decision. So we turn to you all.
