Molly's NAJYRC Trip

This July I will be traveling to Saugerties, New York to compete at the FEI North American Junior and Young Rider Championship as a Junior for USDF Region 6. NAJYRC is an international championship for juniors aged 14-18 and young riders aged 18-21, and athletes from Canada, the United States and Mexico will compete for medals in the team, individual and freestyle competitions.
The horse I will be riding is my coach Nicki Charbonneau's 8 year old KWPN mare Enya WS. We have had a fun, exciting and successful qualifying season and Enya has taught me so much throughout the time I have been riding her!
Because NAJYRC is in New York this year, our travel expenses are very high. Not only do we have to buy airline tickets for ourselves, but we also have to fly Enya to and from New York.
I am so excited to go on this journey with Enya and I cannot wait to learn and grow from this opportunity!
