Mold Remediation For Ms. Peggy

Our names are Bobbie Andrews, Mano Boyadjian, Morgan Brown, Necia Cuesta, Scott Beaman, and Todd Brown. We are raising money for a local blind senior citizen who lives on a low fixed income and whose entire house is covered in mold. Ms. Peggy is a kind and smart 85-year-old who needs assistance in getting her home back to having healthy and safe living conditions.

We recently discovered Peggy through Necia’s sister who volunteers and delivers for Meals on Wheels to her every week. She discovered that Peggy's house was covered in mold. The ceiling, her furniture, her clothes - everything. Peggy answered the door and was completely unaware that the clothes she had on were also covered in mold. She cannot see how bad it is, and it is only getting worse.

Mold remediation is extremely costly, and since she is on a low fixed income, she does not have the money to fix the issue. Therefore, until the issue is fixed, she is currently breathing and living in moldy conditions daily. We would love to find a mold remediation company that can remove and replace the sheetrock, chemically treat all other areas to remove the mold, and chemically fog the home. Due to the severity of the mold infestation, she might need new clothing and furniture and temporary living accommodations while the work is being done on her home.

We would absolutely love for you to contribute any amount that you possibly can. We feel like this is her only hope at a chance to be able to live in a healthy home. Although we have no personal ties to Peggy, we feel led to help in any way we possibly can to help her to continue to enjoy life in her home.
