Matty Kelly Modified vehicle

Matty suffers from cerebral palsy, Epilepsy, head drop seizures, non-verbal, confined to his wheelchair, hypotonia (low muscle tone). Matty is almost 10yrs old and is getting far too big and heavy to lift him in and out of car seat in car, not only is it awkward it's very dangerous for him and us as we could either injure Matty or ourselves.
