Mobility for Charlene

Charlene hasn't allowed Parkinson's disease to limit her ability to enjoy life. Until recently, she remained physically active and gave generously of her time and talent to family, friends, her church, and countless others. But Parkinson's, along with a host of resulting complications and physical ailments, is currently robbing Charlene of any meaningful movement. She's living in a skilled nursing facility in the Denver area and spends much of her time confined to her room due to her inability to operate a manual wheelchair. To bring some measure of mobility and freedom back to Charlene's life, her family has arranged to purchase a power wheelchair that has been carefully fitted to accommodate her unique physical needs. However, the cost of this chair is considerable and because Char's finances are limited, we are humbly asking for assistance in making this purchase.
