<div> In the early morning of Wednesday, August 9th, Moana and her two young daughters (Nai, 5 years old and Tera’itea, 3 weeks old) had to evacuate their home in Lahaina due to the rapid spread of the wildfires. We were relieved to hear that she and her family all made it out safely but were devastated to learn that they lost their home and all of their personal belongings to the fires. Little did they know as they fled to safety that it would be the last time they would ever set eyes on their cherished home.

<div>The future for her family and this beautiful island is uncertain, but we know that we can rally support in every way possible to lift her family and this town back up. Moana has shared that she and her family have received many donations of clothing and the best way we can support her right now is through messages and financial donations so they can purchase necessities to get them through the coming days and weeks.

<div>Adding to their hardships, Moana also recently gave birth to a beautiful one-month-old. As they navigate the difficult process of rebuilding their lives, they are faced with the overwhelming responsibility of caring for their young children amid this upheaval. It is during times like these that the power of community support becomes invaluable.
