Help my Father with medical expenses

Hi, My name is Uthra. My Father Vetrivel is the most lovable grand dad, wonderful husband and a best father to my brother and myself. What started as a routine day completely turned into our lives worst nightmare.

 

My father is a very active person. He loved to keep himself engaged and his mind is curious always. Finally in Jan 2022, My parents traveled to the United States with the dreams of taking care of their grandson. On March 1st 2022 we were blessed with a baby boy and once my son was here, my dad was everything to him. He was the best grandfather any kiddo could hope for. My dad was over the moon and most joyous in his life after seeing his grandkid.

On Friday he went for his evening walk which is a routine he has been following since the time he came here. Within an hour, all I got was an ER call that my father is in Emory Johns Creek hospital and that his heartbeat is low and they are already talking about pacemakers. My mind couldn’t even comprehend what was happening. I asked the ER person, what’s his name. I think it’s a mistake, it might not be my father. I could hear my father tell his name in the background. Meanwhile I got notifications from groups and confirmed that my father collapsed on the pavement . We rushed to the ER immediately and once there we were let to know that the surgery for putting in a temporary pacemaker has already commenced. We were asked to wait in the room and soon a nurse made her way and informed us that, there is a block in his heart and currently they are performing angioplasty. The doctor came out later and said they have done whatever they could and that he was stable at the moment and to wait for 48 hours. We thought the worst was over.

 

I went back home to take care of my 3 month old little one who was terribly missing his grandpa at that point. The next morning, all I heard as I got into the hospital was that he had to be given CPR three times already and he is very unstable right now. Soon this was followed by multiple organ failure. Currently my father is battling with his heart and I truly believe he is holding on to his dear life because my Son. Please keep my father and our family in prayers. We right now hope That God knows how to help us navigate through this.
