MN Line Free #StopLineThree

MN Line Free is a student-organized fundraising campaign to stop Enbridge's Line 3 Oil Pipeline. Enbridge's Line 3 tar sands oil pipeline threatens sacred wild rice, indigenous rights and communities, wetland ecosystems, and the climate presently and into the future. In a time where we are moving toward clean, renewable energy in Minnesota, building a new oil pipeline is not the future, it is the past. This online-fundraising campaign will coordinate different environmentally-focused movements at various colleges in Minnesota to provide a stronger, unified foundation to challenge Governor Walz’s and the MCPA’s destructive choices to allow, as of November, the initial construction of the pipeline. Donations from this campaign will be utilized for frontline resistance such as Honor the Earth, Giniw Collective, Gitchigumi Scouts, and other organizations that have an immediate need for funds such as clothing, infrastructure, food, and legal support.
