Jose Fonseca Memorial Fund

Jose Fonseca died unexpectedly on February 16, 2015.  That day, he reported to work a couple minutes early to show off the new truck he had purchased over the weekend.  He was working a normal day as a concrete finisher like he had done thousands of times before. Except this time, he collapsed as he and the crew were wrapping up the job for the day.  Paramedics were called and transported him to the hospital, but there was nothing that could be done. 

Jose was 41 years old.  He is survived by his wife Veronica, and six children.

Most everyone reading this will have no idea who he was.  Jose was part of our family. He had been with Spartan Concrete for years and had held numerous positions thru out the years. He will be sorely missed at work, but his loss will be felt even more at home. Jose's death was not expected, and his family is going to need all the help they can get during this very sad time.
