Built in 1891 by local architect William Waters for Dr. M.E. Corbett, founder of Mercy Medical, for his personal residence along with the additional doctor's office and carriage house.

The home is a local landmark to our Oshkosh community and sits right downtown, empty and dilapidated, surrounded by multi-million dollar buildings.

The purchase price for this home is just under $300k but the renovations are coming in over $500-$750k and we still need to account for taxes and maintenance.

We are currently putting together a non-profit to help raise the funds, qualify us for historic home grants and help preserve this home from further damage in our harsh Wisconsin Winters.

The home is slated for demolition in the spring of 2021, according to the Listing Agent, so we need to act quickly in order to save it.
