On Saturday morning Rudy Cancino was added heaven's list of dance dads. He was called home unexpectedly and will be extremely missed. 

With her dance family by her side, his daughter Maddie preformed her solo "Starry Eyed" in his honor Sunday night. It was beautiful and so full of emotion.  We all know Rudy had the best seat in the house and was there cheering her on.

If I had known he would be gone so soon, I would've been more attentive to kiss goodbye each and every time, been more affectionate, patient, and giving of my time.
