<div>Hi friends, at the end of May, I’ll be taking part in a 670km cycle, the length of Ireland, to raise funds for breast cancer research.
</div>
<div>Breast cancer affects one in seven women and some men. Research is vital to make this a very curable disease.
</div>
<div>As someone new the road cycling, this is a major challenge for me and there’s been lots of long and lumpy training over the Wicklow hills in the winter months with 50 other lunatics in lycra.
</div>
<div>This fund raising event is being organised by Kilmacud Crokes with the club and Breast Cancer Ireland as beneficiaries. I am covering the club contribution myself so all your donations will go to Breast Cancer Irl. <a href="https://www.breastcancerireland.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">www.breastcancerireland.com</a>
</div>
<div>Anything you can donate would be really appreciated and if you see my out on my trusty bike give me a toot and a wide berth.
</div>
<div>Thanks, Bridget
