Mitchell's Trip to South Africa

Recently my team and I received the exciting news that we have been selected to participate in the International Leadership Seminar for State Officers. The trip will take us on a two week journey through South Africa! In our travels, we will be immersed in South African agriculture and culture. Through this experience participants gain knowledge by visiting farms and agribusinesses, sharing in the local culture and developing themselves as culturally aware students. Through this experience, 75 past and present state FFA officers will have the opportunity to explore the beautiful scenery, culture, and agricultural pursuits that South Africa has to offer.  


While this is an amazing opportunity, it does come at a cost. To help relieve some of the financial burden, I am reaching out to friends and family. Any donation towards this once in a lifetime experience will be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for your support!
