Nine members of Mitchells Chartered Accountants are swapping spreadsheets for giant inflatables to help a charity that supports farmers when they need it most - we’re taking on the Inflatable 5K to raise money for Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance. A charity that means a great deal to the farming and rural communities we work with every day. As agricultural accountants, we regularly see how vital emergency support is in remote areas, where accidents can happen miles from the nearest road or hospital. Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance provides a lifeline in those moments, delivering rapid medical care when every second counts.

Running 5K over a course full of giant inflatables is definitely not our usual day at the office, but we’re ready to take on the challenge (even if it means making fools of ourselves along the way), to support an organisation that makes a real difference across Somerset’s countryside. Every donation helps Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance continue its incredible work — reaching people in hard-to-access places, saving lives, and supporting rural resilience.
