Our young friend Mitchell Rimlinger tragically passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 29th, 2017. He was 16 years old.
Mitchell was a junior at Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, where he was a devoted student and embraced all of his passions. Kind and genuine, Mitchell was president of Kingsmen, the Advanced Men's Choir. He was an ASB Commissioner of Alumni and Advancement, a Junior Statesman, a member of the Swim Team, and actively involved in service projects. Mitchell had his Confirmation at our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Church last spring.
This GoFundMe campaign will go toward expenses incurred that are above and beyond what Mitchell's mom, Chris Conlee's, medical and life insurance covers for Mitchell Rimlinger's medical bills or other associated expenses incurred by her during this sorrowful time.
Any and all funds raised in excess of those required to care for the above expenses will be used to fund a scholarship in Mitchell Rimlinger's name at Mater Dei High School.
