Missy 1, Cancer 0 - Melissa’s Cancer Treatment

Melissa is in the fight for her life, and she’s winning! God has brought her through the roughest patch, and it’s now home stretch. This includes another surgery post chemo and lots of hormone therapy.

This where we can help! Missy was granted a special Medicaid available only to underinsured Breast Cancer patients. This Medicaid covered much of the expense associated with her Cancer treatment.

Unfortunately, the Hormone Therapy portion of her treatment regimen is no longer going to be covered by her plan. She's had six treatments, and she was supposed to have 12, but now they are cutting her off.

What’s  even more concerning and frustrating about is the Hormone Therapy portion is dedicated to helping her become Cancer free and is crucial in keeping her Cancer free (provided she reaches that stage), for what historical medical testing estimates will be at least 10-years.

Of course there are no guarantees that she will ever be Cancer free going forward, or should she make it that far remain Cancer free, but without the therapy her chances of a Cancer free life are dramatically reduced.

ALL of the money will go to Melissa’s treatment.
