Miss Millie's Medical Fund

Amelia Claire Zinski (Millie) was born on September 2, 2014 with the diagnosis of  Sturge Weber Syndrome. This syndrome includes a port of wine stain over  the face, glaucoma, and seizures. Amelia has a port of wine stain over 80% of her face, and was diagnosed with glaucoma shortly after birth. At 5 weeks old, Amelia started having seizures and an 8 day hospital stay entailed at Children's  hospital in Dallas. Her medication regimen is 2 anti-seizure medications around the clock until they no longer work. She will have surgery to hopefully correct her glaucoma as soon as she is released by her neurologist to have the surgery. She will need frequent sedated MRI's  indefinitely and more surgeries in the future. The medical bills are overwhelming and they won't cease anytime soon. Both parents work full-time and do not qualify for financial aid. She has been nicknamed  "a million dollar baby" and she is worth every penny.  She is so sweet, cuddly,  and wonderfully made.  Thank you for visiting this site and keep the prayers coming!
