Guatemala Mission Trip 2018

My senior year of college is in full swing, and I cannot believe I will be graduating in May. As you may know, in March of 2017, I went on a trip with H2O Church to Guatemala to serve and share the love of God with the people there. If you previously contributed to that trip, I would like to thank you again. Your contribution made a huge difference in the lives of the people we met. It was a life changing experience, and I feel so lucky to have been a part of it. That being said, God has been tugging on my heart to go back. I have such a huge passion for the people of Guatemala and the love they have for the Lord. The impact we made in one week was incredible and I know we can do it again.
This coming Spring Break, H2O is sending a team of people to Guatemala City again to serve with a ministry called Hope Renewed International (the same foundation we worked with in March). Hope Renewed is dedicated to renewing hope by living out and proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ; by improving the quality of life; and by providing relief and opportunities to those who may not otherwise have them. We will be working in one of the largest slums called La Limonda, the city dump where 11,000 people live and work, and the girl’s home run by the foundation.
I am writing to ask for your help in this endeavor. First, would you please pray for the team, the Hope Renewed Ministry, and me as we bring God’s love to people in need? The total cost of the mission is $1800. This includes the cost of the program, transportation, flight, food, and housing for the week. Would you consider giving $100, $50, $35, or whatever amount you can, to this important mission? Spring Break starts on March 5th, 2018 and I would like to have the finances raised by February 11th.
