Belize Missions Trip

Dear Friends,
We have recently made the exciting decision to go on a mission trip to Belize. As some of you may know, for the last two years we have been a part of Team NCM, which is a group of young people who train under the Christian artist Nicole C. Mullen and minister through the arts. We have also volunteered and been a part of her outreach, Baby Girls Club (BGC), for about four years. Since the start of NCM, we were trained as disciples to train disciples.
Last year, a Baby Girls Club was started in Belize, and they need to reach young ladies just like ourselves. So, guess what? Now it is our turn to spread the good news, mentor and disciple. We are 15 and 12. Some might say that's too young to go out of the country without your parents, but then, 1 Timothy 4:12 comes to mind. It says, "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young , but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love , in faith and in purity."
We cannot think of a better way to spend our time than sharing the Gospel with others and seeing how we grow in the process. However, we cannot accomplish this task alone. We are asking you to be part of this mission trip with us. We along with a group of NCM and BGC disciples will be leaving May 27, 2014 and returning home June 3rd. Our older sister, Ora, will be one of many adult leaders accompanying us on this journey. The entire trip, we will be busy ministering.
The total cost is $4000.00 between the both of us. This includes all expenses: airfare, accommodations, food, and training. If 80 people donated at least 50 dollars we would meet our goal! We will accept any donation. If you feel led to support us financially and are using a check to do so, you can address it to "Baby Girls Club" or "Team NCM" for a tax deduction. If you cannot financially support us, please keep us in your prayers as we move along with the process for this trip. We will greatly appreciate any donation you send our way, and, more than that, the youth of Belize deserve to hear about the God who saved you and me. Thank you for your consideration.
