Missing a limb due to accident

Hi, my name is Allison. I lost my arm on a job site that was not my fault. I was working on a machine with someone when it randomly turned on. Resulting in a life changing situation. My arm was ripped from my body. The pain was the worse pain I have ever experienced in my entire life. Unfortunately I didn’t pass out so I remember everything after the trauma took place. As a result I struggle with ptsd and constant nerve pain in the limb. The ptsd impacts my memory however , the accident is forever burned into my memory. This is very difficult to write let alone put into words. I never thought I would be in this predicament. ( I guess that’s what everyone says after they have a life changing experience) I’m very limited in funds but need assistance in paying for my car. It is very humbling for me to say I have no money. I am on the verge of losing my car. The car has many functions to aid in my disability. If I lose my source of transportation then I’ll have to walk. Which can be very dangerous where I live. Not to mention a woman with one arm. I don’t take glamor pictures so the one I have pictured is the only one I have. I grabbed a picture my friend made for me on my birthday. I don’t like it due to it showcasing my arm. ( I’m still getting use to it after three years)

My whole life I have been independent and it was ripped from me in an instant. Everywhere I go I am reminded that I am different by the reactions on people’s face. Even if I forget I only have one arm, I am quickly reminded by the looks and actions of others. I ran out of the small amount of money the job gave to me after the accident. I made it stretch as much as I could. So I’m asking please help me. I’m trying my best to get back on my feet. It has not been an easy road. And I know it won’t be. I am determined to make it. So I’m asking again for help.
