The story of miss leadership is the story of a team that is convinced that gender equality is one of the key factors in the development of each community. For 6 years now, we have given ourselves the mission of training young women so that they become agents of positive change in the world. We are therefore embarking on this new adventure with all our energy because all the support we have received in 2020 is proof that this dream of equality will eventually become a reality if we work on it together.
This project started from a desire to position women as one of the major pillars of the development of our community.

Many girls are not lucky enough to have access to school education or do not have the same chances in the job market because gender equality is not yet a reality around the world . So we are helping to raise awareness through training and information.

Victor Hugo once said: if God had not made the woman he would not have made the flower.

Our mission is to detect, train and support young women so that they can bloom like flowers.

Miss Leadership Benin is a non-traditional beauty contest that both highlights the beauty and intellectual of the candidates. The competition also showcases the diversity of young African women. Every year since 2015, we have selected and trained a new generation of female leaders.

this year we got 120 applicants our goal is at least 30 girls as last selected

What is this project about:

At each edition of Miss Leadership, we select young women to train on;

➢Leadership;

➢Entrepreneurship;

➢Self Confidence;

➢Gender equality

➢Artistic performances (Dance, parade, public speaking etc...)

Then they go to the final show to elect the next Miss Leadership Benin.

After that the Miss and her Runner-ups organize social outreach programs to involve more people to female leadership and the fight for gender equality.

This project is taking place in Benin (West Africa) organized by a team of young entrepreneurs working on behalf of INOV AGENCE at theSPACE Ngo business incubator.

We are working to change one person at a time to create a new generation of empowered women who are ready to lead us for a better future.

Help this initiative and participate in a concrete way to give the opportunity to girls to develop new skills and then to become role models of female leadership for young girls in their communities.
