Mischa's Knee Operation

Last year, this little blue pitbull named Mischa waltzed her way right into my life. This year, she waltz her way up one too many trees, and she has completely torn her ACL. After a severe change in behavior yesterday, I rushed her to a surgeon who spent an hour examining and crying with both of us. I'm not one to ever ask for help, but I'm also not in the position to have too much pride. My girl matters most to me, and I have to do anything I can to help her. She damaged her knee so severely that her hip and back are both at high-risk for further damage, and she needs surgery as soon as possible.

The vet has quoted a low and a high end, roughly $5,000-$6,000, for the procedure, and I have uploaded that estimate. I am asking for help reaching $4,200 to cover the fees, and if the procedure is less than the total raised, I will be donating the excess to East Tennessee Pitbull Rescue--Mischa's rescue.



My sweet, excitable baby girl can barely walk, and I have to force her out of bed. If you know me, you know she is my entire world, and if you know her, she probably thinks you are her entire world.
