Mirador1200 Employee Holiday Fund

 

Season’s Greetings Mirador 1200 Owners and Residents,

 
As we look to give thanks and celebrate with our friends and loved ones, we encourage our residents to help us demonstrate appreciation to the team of workers who maintain and care for Mirador 1200. They answer our calls throughout the year, whether as a Board or as individual residents who need a helping hand.

In order to help show our collective gratitude, the Employee Holiday fund is established each year made up of voluntary donations from Owners and Residents. The funds collected are distributed to 14 employees, including maintenance, housekeeping, concierge, and the management office.

 In preparation for your holidays, we hope you remember these loyal and dedicated people. Keep in mind, some employees are highly visible, while others work behind the scenes or at very late hours. But they all deserve our recognition. As a team, their combined efforts help promote a pleasant living experience at Mirador 1200.

  For those owners/residents wishing to contribute this holiday season to your dedicated Mirador staff, you may drop off your check, or money order at the Management office in an envelope made payable to Mirador 1200 Condominium, or you may thank the employee(s) individually by contributing directly to the employee(s).  All contributions are voluntary and at your discretion. The recommended amount is $100.00. Contributions made payable to Mirador 1200 Condominium.  For residents who are out of town, you may mail your holiday contribution to:
