This fund has been created to raise financial support for Michelle Thomas in her time of need.
Michelle (MEESH!) is a well-loved member of the Akron community where she shares her huge heart and her zest for life with everyone she meets. She has recently been stricken with severe health issues that have caused her to lose her job of over 20 years where she was a loyal, hard-working and much loved employee. Michelle has lost over 50 pounds over the past 5 months and is having extreme difficulty walking .
Her doctors are still trying to establish what is causing these severe health issues and continue to run tests to try to pinpoint what is happening to Michelle.
Until her disability is approved and granted, Michelle is in dire need of help to pay for costly medical bills and to survive without employment.
As her friends, it is our desire to help her during this difficult and stressful time by raising donations to help her pay her bills and get by during this phase in her life.
I worked with Michelle for 15 years and watched her day in and day out treat everyone she meets with kindness and respect and never once did I hear her utter a negative word about anyone. She is as honest and honorable as she is kind and joyful. She brings her positive attitude into every situation and spreads her love of life to all she encounters.
