<div>Roman is a 5-year-old sweet, loving, healthy, and a genuine one-of-a-kind little boy. Roman was scheduled for basic outpatient surgery without possible complications. After entering into the procedure, he was diagnosed with a diffuse anoxic injury, which means that his oxygenation was cut off for more than 4 minutes. Yet there is still no answer from the hospital about how it could have possibly happened, only that it broke his parents and loved ones into pieces.
