Miracle for Mara

Covid 19 has ravaged the family of Mara & Mark Clingingsmith, infecting 5 family members. Worst of all has been Mara's illness.
Mara was hospitalized with Covid pneumonia on October 5th. After several days of worsening ability to maintain oxygen levels, Mara was intubated and admitted to ICU on October 11th. She has been on a ventilator fighting for her life for the 3 weeks since. To make matters even scarier, Mara's daughter, Dana, was flown to Springfield with complications of her own Covid pneumonia the same day that Mara was admitted to Blessing Hospital . She was 33 weeks pregnant at the time. Dana had to be put on a ventilator and deliver her sweet baby girl by emergency c-section the next day.
The rest of the family is recovering but Mara has a very scary and long road ahead of her. Mara is fighting hard and the family needs our help. As anyone who has suffered a serious illness or tragedy knows, suddenly being without an income in a household can be disastrous. Add to that mounting medical bills and the burden of worrying about your loved one.
With Marks permission, we'd love to ask for your help to make sure that the family never has to worry about anything more than getting Mara healthy and home. Before she got sick, Mara spent hours and hours hand sewing face masks for our community. We'd love to pay that forward for her family. Any amount of donation is a wonderful gift!
