Hi, my name is Jahmir Aiken and I am a AAU all american champion. I worked extremely hard and now all my hard work is finally paying off. I participated in 2 national championships this year and I now hold the Atlantic Coast 400m hurdle title in Virginia. I'm also ranked 3rd in the 400m hurdles and 5th in the 110m hurdles in the state of Virginia which qualifies me to run in the AAU Junior Olympics.
