Mint Jelly for Antioch (or college annual fund)

I am an Antioch College alum. Antioch College has been doing innovative things on campus since 1850.  Recently, the community has been taking a lot of heat over the agriculture and sustainable farming program that includes raising a small number of lambs for meat.   Link a news article about that is here:

I am trying to raise at least $500 that the college could use to buy organic mint jelly to go with that lamb (or they can just use it for any purpose through the annual fund).
