Mint Body Yoga-Classes by Donation

Hi my name is Rosie, and I am Mint Body Studio. For the last 14 yrs my work has consisted of connecting with people through beauty. I created Mint Body Studio to bring body waxing and eyebrow services to the Miami community. About a year ago, yoga and meditation unexpectedly walked into my life through the suggestion of a friend - A lifelong journey of seeking self love that came at the perfect time. Yoga changed my life. It allowed me to shed the unnecessary pieces and resurrect with a new passion for life. Throughout this time period, Mint Body Yoga was born and now the beauty I provide for my clients on the outside has turned inward. My goal is to inspire people through yoga to lead healthier, happier lifestyles full of self love, self awareness, motivation and purpose. To help people feel better about themselves so that they may use these tools to bring more positive choices into their lives, families, relationships and careers. I’ve decided to put together weekly yoga and meditation  classes on Sundays open to the public to be held outdoors in different locations. These classes will be by donations and the funds donated will go towards continuing education, higher level certifications, retreats, and any expansion contributing to the growth of Mint Body Yoga. Through these avenues, I will be able to gain deeper knowledge in my practice and have more opportunity to advance as a teacher so that I may have a greater impact with the students I teach.
