<div>Hi I’m Mark and this year will undertake the Isle of Wight ultrathon, looking to finish the 106km continuous event in under 24 hours raising much needed funds for Mindset Bros, a community dedicated to breaking the silence around men’s mental health. We understand the challenges many men face in opening up about their struggles, which is why we’ve created a safe and supportive space for sharing experiences and giving you a sense of belonging.
