Mindfulness Marathon in support of #BlackLivesMatter hosted by Eat. Feel. Live.
On June 27, 2020 a series of live and recorded videos and other posts will be shared to the the public facebook group: Mindfulness Marathon: #BlackLivesMatter in support of the #BlackLivesMatter Movement.
The purpose of this marathon is to share mindfulness practices that promote peace, interconnectedness and spread love and light to all, but especially to people of color.
We encourage you to donate here. All donations will go directly to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund.
The NAACP Legal Defense Fund was founded by Thurgood Marshall in 1957 and "is America's premier legal organization fighting for racial justice."
Racial injustice is an issue that has been present throughout history and reflects the discrimination, prejudice, racism and hatred that is still happening today that has sparked outrage around the globe.
