Mind your music - workshop co-facilitator fund

Mind Your Music and our larger parent group Stepping Out Theatre run music workshops for people struggling with Mental Health difficulties in Bristol. We run over 120 workshops a year. Since the year 2000 we have put over 300 people with serious mental illness on stage at venues in Bristol including The Colston Hall, The Tobacco Factory Theatre, The QEH theatre, The Southbank club and Mr. Wolfs. Due to the complex needs of the people we work with and the sheer amount of musical equipment that needs to be transported, it requires two people to run our workshops. We already have funding in place for our workshop leader but need to fund our co-facilitator to enable the workshops to take place. £9,000  would enable our co-facilitator to:  facilitate 120 workshops, plan and participate in 4 concerts, maintain  our website, design posters for all our events and deal with all our phone and email enquiries.
