BCAC DST 2017 Beautillion-Cotillion

Donation protected
The Baltimore County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Soroity, Incorporated is preparing for its 30th Annual Beautillion-Cotillion, highlighting the accomplishments of young men and women throughout the Baltimore County community. Area high school seniors and college freshmen are led through a development process that includes participation in various workshops and supporting educational, cultral and political initiatives such as SAT prep, Rites of Passage ceremony, and voter registrations, all in an effort to foster self-esteem and leadership in preparation for future academic and occupational endeavors.

As a participant in this year's elegant, Beautillion- Cotillion Ball, I would be honored if you would support me in this endeavor with a sponsorship in the amount of your choosing. A portion of your donation will be awarded to me in the form of a stipend that will be used for educational purposes. If I recieve the most sponsors, I will be awarded an additional monetary prize from the chapter.

I am a senior at Pikesville High School, where I am apart of the AVID program and a manager of various varsity fall and spring sports teams. I was previously introduced and participated in the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Growing and Empowering Myself Successfully (G.E.M.S)  Program from 2013-2015. I have been continuously involved in multiple  community service projects within Baltimore City and Baltimore County such as The Student Ambassador of  Pikesville High School Night of Innovation for Business/Accounting (2017), where I
introduced  pertinent information about the program/class and invited future students to take the class for their upcoming years. As a  Student Ambassador of AVID National Showcase, Pikesville High School (2016-2017), I greeted individuals who came to the showcase.  As a Project Volunteer, The Priceless Gown Project (Winter/Spring 2016), I  contributed my services in order to help girls with financial issues to find the perfect dress for prom. As a Thanksgiving Volunteer, Bea Gaddy (Fall/Winter 2012), I  worked in various areas (cleaning, trash pick-up, food preparation, food/beverage, etc.). I currently work at North Oaks Senior Retirement Community as a server to senior citizen residents. My duties are to provide quick, efficient and pleasant delivery of food, ensuring that quality standards and service are being delivered to the residents. Take food orders and deliver meals to residents and guests in a timely manner. I plan to attend a 4 year college where I will pursue a major in Biology. Being in the Beau-Co is an amazing experience and I would appreciate it if you found me worthy of your sponsorship.
