Millie Belle's NICU Stay

Donation protected
Millie Belle Buuck was born Monday November 6th. She was thought at the time to be a healthy 9lbs. 11oz. blessing. She's STILL a blessing, however later it was discovered she wasn't quite as healthy as first believed. Millie was taken to the NICU later that Monday afternoon because her oxygen saturation levels kept dropping. After a couple of days of this and not knowing the cause it was finally determined that she had aspirated meconium at birth, which in turn burned her lungs and caused some fluid buildup. It has been a painstakingly slow healing process. Natalie (Millie's mom) was discharged Wednesday morning (11/8/17). So that then created the problem of being with Millie when she no longer had a room and lives over an hour away from the hospital. She was able to stay at a nearby hotel and use Uber rides back and forth to the hospital. But the costs are mounting up for this growing family, who also had planned to move to Texas this Tuesday November 14th. With the news that Millie has at least another full week in the NICU moving has been put on hold and now the scramble to stay near the hospital and not use all of their savings is weighing heavy on Caleb and Natalie.

If anyone can give to help them I KNOW they would appreciate it and be thankful. I'm setting up this page in the hopes that some of their stress about finances can be eliminated and they can concentrate on caring for their now family of 5. This is an immediate need!
