Military Service Dog Needs Lifesaving Treatment

Gandalf has a life-threatening condition that is interfering with his ability to breath and has serious implications on his quality of life. He is a certified seizure watch dog for a brave US military veteran and we would like to do everything to give these two more quality time together.  Gandalf has already undergone extensive diagnostic tests and advanced surgery, but needs more care.  Any funds will be used to assist with mounting costs (already heavily discounted by the University of Wisconsin) and additional treatment to return Gandalf to work.
